中国运输服务贸易国际竞争力测度与比较——基于EBOPS统计的分析

摘　　要：文章基于EBOPS统计的进出口数据对我国运输服务贸易及各分类项目的国际市场占有率指标和贸易专业化指数进行了测度和国际比较。分析表明,我国运输服务贸易的竞争劣势主要来自于海运货运的劣势,我国在海运客运和其他运输项目上还具有一定比较优势。劣势的原因主要源于我国货物贸易增速过快、海运市场开放度高、船舶运力不足及船队结构不合理。Based on the import and export statistics of EBOPS, the article analyzes the international market share index and TSC index of transportation service of China. The analysis express that the international competition ability of transportation service of China is very weak, especially the sea transport freight. On the contrary, the sea transport passenger and other transport have a competitive advantage. The reason of the weak competition ability of sea transportation are the rapid growth of goods trade, the over openness of the sea transportation market, the shortage of shipping transport power and the unreasonable structure of the fleet.
