摘　　要：我国学术界对OA的意义、形式、形态进入了一定的学术研究,但我国的OA资源利用与开发还处在OA发展的初级阶段。文章通过调查我国主要公共图书馆OA资源的开发与利用状况,发现我国公共图书馆的OA资源开发利用存在重视不够、开发不够、服务缺失等问题,认为应从加强教育、规范资源开发、注重服务创新与技术应用、进行科学规划与大力开发等方面着手来改善我国公共图书馆的OA资源开发利用现状。The development of OA attracts attention of Chinese academic community.However,the practice of OA in China still on the primary level,this paper surveys the development and utilization status of OA resources in main public libraries,points out some existing problems and proposes several measures including enhancing education,standardization of the resources development etc.to address these problems.
