头皮电针配合开四关治疗中风后抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察头皮电针配合开四关治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 70例中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为两组,观察组36例采用头皮电针配合开四关的方法进行治疗,对照组34例采用口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊的方法进行治疗,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果治疗后两组患者HAMD抑郁量表评分和SDS量表评分均有显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后两组间的评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组及对照组的临床总有效率分别达到88.9%和85.3%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头皮电针配合开四关治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效与药物治疗相当。Objective To Investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp electroacupuncture plus opening four orifices in treating post-stroke depression.Methods Seventy patients with post-stroke depression were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group of 36 cases received scalp electroacupuncture plus opening four orifices and the control group of 34 cases took fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results Both the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the SDS scores decreased significantly after three courses of treatment（P0.01）.After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores between the two groups（P0.05）.The total efficacy rate was 88.9% in the treatment group and 85.3% in the control group;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of scalp electroacupuncture plus opening four orifices is equal to that of medication in treating post-stroke depression.
