埋线配合推拿治疗慢性胃炎伴胸椎小关节紊乱疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察埋线配合推拿治疗慢性胃炎伴胸椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用埋线配合推拿治疗,对照组采用西药四联疗法。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为62.2%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论埋线配合推拿治疗伴有胸椎小关节紊乱的慢性胃炎具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To estimate the clinical effect of combined catgut embedding and tuina therapy in treating chronic gastritis coupled with micro-joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae.Methods Ninety patients were enrolled and randomized into a treatment group and a control group,45 in each.The treatment group received combined catgut embedding and tuina therapy,and the control received quadruple chemotherapy.Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group,versus 62.2% in the control,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined catgut embedding and tuina therapy can cause satisfactory clinical effect in treating chronic gastritis coupled with micro-joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae.
