摘  要:应用ANSYS对重型运输车车架焊接温度场进行了数值模拟。建立重型运输车车架焊接温度场的有限元模型,能过适当选取和处理高温时材料的热物理性能参数,应用ANSYS有限元软件中的APDL语言编写了温度场数值模拟的相应计算机程序,采用高斯热源法模拟重型运输车车架焊接热源的移动过程,采用ANSYS有限元软件中的生死单元技术来模拟焊缝逐次填充的过程,得到了重型运输车车架焊接温度场瞬态变化情况及特征点的热循环曲线,获得了重型运输车车架特征点焊接温度场的变化规律。通过测温试验验证仿真结果与试验结果焊接具有良好的一致性。The welding temperature field of heavy vehicle frame was simulated using FEA software--ANSYS.The welding temperature FEM of heavy vehicle frame was established.Material property parameter in high temperature was properly chosen.The computer program of the welding temperature simulation was compiled using APDL of FEA software.The method of Gauss heat source and "life-death element" technique were applied to deal with the moving of heat source and the filling of welding material step by step in simulation. Three dimensional transient welding temperature field and the temperature distribution curves of special points on weldment were gained.The welding temperature field variation of special points on heavy vehicle frame was gained.The temperature measurement test was done to verify the simulated results.The results show that the simulated results were generally agreed with test results.
