高校体育课引进国防体育项目教育的实证研究

摘　　要：国防体育是普通高校国防教育的重要组成部分,也是体育的一个特殊分支。体育课中引进国防体育教育的实验研究,通过对实验前后学生身体素质的比较分析,证明这一教学效果是显著的,另一方面拓宽体育课教学内容,为我国国防储备人才,也为高校体育教学改革提供参考依据。National defense education colleges sports is an important part of national defense,is a special branch of sports.PE education in defence of sports experiment research,through experiment and comparison analysis of students＇ physical quality,the teaching effect is remarkable,on the other hand,the physical education teaching contents,to broaden our defense reserve talented person,also for college PE teaching reform to provide the reference.
