摘　　要：本文从实践中的问题出发,以合同法及银行监管规则为基础,以商业银行的市场化发展为趋向,探讨了银行信贷合同中的利息法律问题,以供审判实务参考。Guided by the market-oriented trend of commercial bank＇s development, the article combines with practice, takes law of contract and rules of banking supervision as the basis, and discusses the legal issues concerning interest computation in bank＇s credit loan contract, in a hope of providing reference for trail.
