摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司烧结生产由于含铁原料中褐铁矿和巴西铁精矿比例逐渐增加,及大量使用高Al2O3含量的进口粉矿,导致烧结矿准粉末含量升高,转鼓强度下降,平均粒径减小。通过采取增加燃料配比,合理控制烧结矿FeO含量及强化混合料制粒等措施,使得烧结矿物理指标下降趋势得到了有效遏制。The increase of the content of quasi-powers,degradation of the tumbler strength and reduction of the average particle diameter with respect to the sinter produced by Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.are caused by gradually increasing the ratio of limonite and iron concentrate from Brazil iron-bearing materials and adding a great quantity of imported fines with high content of Al2O3 into the ores to be sintered.The degradation of physical indexes of sinter is effectively prevented by taking such measures as increasing the fuel ratio,reasonably controlling content of FeO in the ores and intensively adjusting the process for mix-granulating.
