摘  要:针对矿井内瓦斯环境下的蓄电池电机车,研制了一种直流斩波调速系统。该系统以ATmega16单片机为控制核心,采用电流瞬时值算法对无速度传感器直流电机进行转速控制。系统电源模块化,强弱电完全隔离,功率IGBT模块采用专用厚膜驱动模块驱动,提高了系统可靠性,减少了故障率,维修方便。具备完善的过压、欠压、短路保护、IGBT模块保护及能耗制动等保护功能。解决了传统串电阻调速方法带来的发热、浪费电能等问题。工业现场实验表明该系统操作简单,运行可靠,调速性能平稳准确,具有较高的应用价值。Aimming at the electric battery mine locomotive in the environment containing methane under mine, a DC chopper speed control system is developed. The ATmegal6 microcontroller is used as the system core, and to regulate the DC motor' s speed without speed sensor based on instantaneous value of current. The system power supply is modular and fully isolated, and the power IGBT modules are driven by special thick-film driv- ers, which improves system reliability, reduces failure rate, and is easy to maintain. It has perfect functions such as over voltage, under voltage, short circuit protection, IGBT module protection and energy braking, etc. The problems of heat and wasting power which is brought by traditional method of series resistance speed regulation are solved. The industrial field experiments show that the system is simple, reliable, smooth and accurate on regulation performance, therefore the system has a high application value.
