摘 要:通过分析衡量铝电解槽稳定性的重要因素——电磁力对其进行信息熵计算,并结合能耗,提出了稳定性与能耗的综合评估方法,并应用于不同极距配置下320 kA的铝电解槽研究。研究表明,该指标能够有效地对槽稳定性与能耗进行综合评估,并揭示了极距对槽稳定性、电流效率和槽电压的影响规律,得到320 kA铝电解槽低耗稳定运行的极距配置。Through the analysis of electromagnetic force, one of the most important factors in estimating the aluminum electrolytic cells stability and was caeulated based on the information entropy. Considering energy consumption, a comprehensive evaluation method of stabilization and energy consumption of the aluminum electrolytic cells was put forward and applied on the study about the electromagnetic field under the condition of different polar distances of the 320 kA aluminum electrolytic cells. The result showed that the index can effectively and comprehensively evaluate cells stability and energy consumption, and revealed the influence relationship between the polar distances and aluminum electrolytic cell stability, the current efficiency and slot voltage, and a polar distances configuration which keeped 320 kA aluminum cell efficiently operation was obtained.
