摘　　要：高级计划排程系统(APS)是一种基于供应链管理和约束理论的先进计划与排产工具,可以解决瓶颈工序和准时交货等问题,通过分析钢铁企业产销一体化计划管理流程,介绍了马钢新区板带信息化系统结构和计划管理主要功能。Advanced planning and scheduling system（APS） is an advanced planning.and scheduling tool based on supply chain management and constraint theory. It can be used to solve problems of bottleneck process and delivery on time. Based on the analysis of iron and steel enterprise＇s planning management process integrating production and marketing, the paper has introduced major functions of planning management and strip information system structure in new area of Masteel.
