摘 要:目的对某冶金企业辅助生产车间存在的职业病危害进行调查分析。方法采用系统工程分析、经验法和现场检测法。结果辅助生产车间粉尘、噪声、高温的浓度或强度符合国家职业卫生标准,但一氧化碳和铅烟浓度超过国家职业卫生标准。结论辅助生产车间的职业病危害因素比较单一,其中主要危害因素为粉尘、一氧化碳和噪声。企业应重视辅助生产车间的职业病危害,建议从职业卫生管理、工程防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援措施等方面综合着手,作为控制作业场所职业危害的重要措施。Objective The occupational hazards existed in the auxiliary workshops of a metallurgical industry were investigated.Methods The systematic engineering analysis,the empirical method and field inspection were used to investigate the hazards.Results The level and/ or density of occupational hazards,such as dust;the noise and the heat stress in the auxiliary workshops were compliant with the national exposure limits;while the level of carbon monoxide and the lead fume was higher than the national exposure limit.Conclusion The occupational hazards in the auxiliary workshops were not as complicated as that in the production workshops and major hazards were dust,noise,and carbon monoxide.However,the enterprise should not ignore these occupational hazards existed in the auxiliary workshops and they should treat these workshops as equally as the production workshops to take effective occupational health measures,including management,engineering control,the personal protective equipment and emergency response.
