摘 要:利对LNG船用BOG再液化流程进行模拟优化研究,通过选用合理的模拟模块建立工艺流程模拟图,对BOG再液化装置工艺流程进行热力学模拟计算。在分析由模拟得出的参数的基础上,以工艺系统最低功耗为优化目标函数,选取合适的约束条件和优化步长对再液化流程进行优化。优化中采用变量轮换法进行优化计算,得出主要工艺设备最优化的性能参数,与工艺优化前相比,降低了系统总功耗,提高了制冷循环的制冷效率。The process of BOG re-liquefied in LNG carrier was calculated by ASPEN PLUS chemical process simulation system.Through building the process of BOG re-liquefied for simulation with the reasonable simulation module,the thermodynamic of the process for BOG re-liquefied equipment was simulated and calculated.The process of BOG re-liquefied was optimized on the base of the analysis of the simulation parameters and thermodynamics,the goal of minimum consumption with suitable constraint conditions and optimal step size was achieved.The optimum performance parameters of the main equipments were obtained by using the cyclic variable method.The results of optimization indicates that the consumption of the system is reduced and the cooling efficiency of refrigeration cycle is increased.
