摘 要:建立了主机气囊隔振装置对中姿态响应线性化模型。在此基础上,将系统的对中可控性问题转化为对多元二次函数极值的求解问题,系统的各种故障模式对应不同的约束条件及目标函数。对几种典型故障下系统的对中可控性进行了仿真分析和试验研究,试验结果证明了该分析方法的有效性及准确性,其分析结论可为气囊隔振系统优化设计、可靠性分析等提供理论依据。An alignment calculation linear model for the ship main engine was established. Based on the model, the problem of controllability of main engine air suspension system can be transformed into the problem of constrained extreme value of multivariate quadratic function. In different fault modes, the corresponding constrained condition and goal function were adopted. The influence of several typical faults on the system controllability was analyzed by simulation and experiment. The results show that the analytical method is effective and that the conclusion can lay a foundation for optimum design and reliability analysis.
