摘 要:在水温10~12℃条件下,研究了仿刺参幼参暴露于Cu2+浓度为0.010 mg/L、0.012 mg/L和0.050 mg/L的海水中75 d,对其生长和存活的影响及对Cu2+的蓄积情况。结果表明,Cu2+浓度为0.010 mg/L和0.012 mg/L组中幼参未发生中毒现象,存活率均为100%。前者体长、体重增长率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);而后者体长增长率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但体重增长率与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);0.050 mg/L组幼参表现出中毒症状,存活率仅为(65.33±8.33)%。体长、体重增长率很低。前两组幼参对Cu2+的蓄积均表现为先积累后降低的趋势,实验结束时蓄积量和蓄积速率趋近于对照组(P>0.05);0.050 mg/L组蓄积量随着暴露时间延长持续升高,表观上陆续出现中毒及死亡的现象,表明此时Cu2+浓度已经超出幼参的代谢调节限度,Cu2+慢性胁迫对幼参生长和生存已产生严重影响。The accumulation of Cu2+ on juvenile Apostichopus japonicus(sea cucumber) and effect on the growth and survival with copper exposure were determined when the water temperature was 10~12℃ by 75 days,which the concentrations of Cu2+ were 0.010 mg/L、0.012 mg/L and 0.050 mg/L,respectively.The results indicated that sea cucumbers were not toxic and dead,and the rate of survival was 100%,when it were exposed at the concentrations of Cu2+ were 0.010 mg/L and 0.012 mg/L.There was not significant different in the growth rates of body length and weight in the first group and the growth rates of body length in the second group with the control group(P〉0.05).However,there was significant different in the growth rates of body weight in the second group with the control group(P〈0.05).The growth rates of body length and weight and of in the group which the concentration of Cu2+ was 0.050 mg/L were lower than the other group's.Sea cucumber took on growth slowly and dead in this group,and the rate of survival was only(65.33±8.33)%.The rate of accumulation of Cu2+ was up at first and then down in the group of 0.010 mg/L and 0.012 mg/L,and the quantity and rate of accumulation of Cu2+ were almost equal the control group's(P〉0.05).However,in the group of 0.050 mg/L,the rate of accumulation of Cu2+ kept up a steady increase and the sea cucumber were dead slowly.It was indicated that the concentration of Cu2+ was too much to the metabolism ability of sea cucumber,and this concentration of Cu2+ was harmful for the growth and survival.
