摘  要:在实验室条件下研究了浓度分别为0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.6和3.2 mg/L胜利原油暴露1、2、4、8、15 d以及解除污染1 d和3 d后对半滑舌鳎幼鱼肝脏过氧化物酶(POD)、溶菌酶(LSZ)和鳃丝Na+-K+-ATPase活力的影响。结果表明:在曝油15 d内,(1)原油浓度0.1、0.2、0.4和0.8 mg/L组肝脏POD活力呈峰值变化,先增大后减小,第8 d时升高到最大值,而原油浓度1.6和3.2 mg/L组肝脏POD活力先减小后增大,第8 d时降低至最小值。(2)原油浓度3.2 mg/L组肝脏LSZ活力先减小后增大,第8 d时降低至最小值,其它实验组肝脏LSZ活力先增大后减小,第2 d时达到最大值,第4 d后趋于稳定。(3)原油浓度0.1 mg/L组鳃丝Na+-K+-ATPase活力与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),原油高浓度组3.2 mg/L组鳃丝Na+-K+-ATPase活力呈波动变化,其他各实验组鳃丝Na+-K+-ATPase活力先减小后增大,各组均在第1 d降低至最小值。另外恢复3 d后各实验组3种酶活力都能恢复至初始水平,与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,3种酶相结合有望成为石油类污染的生物标志物。The effects on liver peroxidase(POD),lysozyme(LSZ) activity and gill Na+-K+-ATPase activity in juvenile Cynoglossus semilaevis,which was exposed to Shengli crude oil at the environmental levels(0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8,1.6 and 3.2 mg/L) for 1,2,4,8,15 days and removed pollution for 1,3 days,were evaluated.The results showed as follows:In the 15-day oil exposure period,(1) The liver POD activity of low concentration groups(0.1,0.2,0.4 and 0.8 mg/L) were increased at first and then decreased,and the other groups displayed the contrary tendency.The maximum and minimum values appeared on the 8th day.(2)The liver LSZ activities of the group 3.2 mg/L decreased at first and then increased,the minimum appeared on the 8th day.The other groups were increased to the peak value on the second day,then stabilized after the 4th day.(3) In gill Na+-K+-ATPase activity of the group 0.1 mg/L there was not significant difference with the control group,and in group 3.2 mg/L there was the fluctuating change,the other groups were decreased at first and then increased gradually.The activity of all groups was declined to the least value on the first day.The results also showed that after 3 days of recovery,all the three kinds of enzyme activity restored to the original level,there was not the significant difference comparing with the control group(P〉0.05).Thus the combination of the three enzymes was expected to be a biomarker to petroleum pollution.
