摘　　要：环境保护是我国可持续发展的基础性工作,环境信息化建设的重要性日渐突显。本文在天津市地理信息公共服务平台的基础上,增加了环保行业基础空间数据和环保业务数据,设计并实现了天津市环保基础地理信息公共服务平台。该平台将为政府及环保部门提供污染源管理、环境质量管理和节能减排等多项环保业务应用支持,同时为探索地理信息资源互联互通、共建共享提供了新的思路。Environmental protection is the fundamental work of our country sustainable development,and the construction of environmental information is more and more important.On the basis of Tianjin Geomatics public service platform,this paper design and implement Tianjin environmental protection fundamental Geomatics public service platform,with adding environmental basic spatial data and business data.The platform will be for the government and environmental protection departments to provide management of pollution sources,environmental quality management and energy saving and emission reduction environmental protection business application support,at the same time as the exploration of geographic information resources co-construction and sharing of the interconnection,and provides a new train of thought.
