摘  要:长江中下游分汊河道众多,碍航问题突出。以典型弯曲分汊河道监利河段为例,通过对三峡水库蓄水前后演变规律的对比分析,认为乌龟夹将作为主汊长期存在,在三峡蓄水运用以后,乌龟夹的主汊地位将会进一步加强。但乌龟夹口门处的浅区将继续存在,加之水库汛后蓄水期间水位快速退落,退水冲槽的能力大幅减弱,碍航问题将更为严峻。本文在总结河段浅滩碍航特性的基础上提出了保持现有分汊格局,稳定洲滩,束水冲槽,结合清除下段水下碍航物的整治方案,以期从根本上解决监利河段的碍航问题。There are many river branches in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, where serious navigation-obstruction problems exist. The Jianli section is a typical curved reach with branches. The analysis of its bed evolution before and after the Three Gorges Project is presented in the paper. It is considered that the Wuguijia, the right branch in the Jianli section, will act perennially as the main branch. After the Three Gorges Project,the status of Wuguijia as the main branch will be enhanced further. However, the shoal at the inlet of Wuguijia exists continuously. Together with fast falling of the water level after the flood season, the scouring ability of the falling water will be weakened significantly. The navigation-obstruction problems will be more serious than before. Based on the characteristics of shoal navigation-obstruction in the Jianli section,this paper presents the thought of regulation which is to keep the actual branch pattern, stabilize bars and islands, contract the channel to scour the principal channel, meanwhile, clear away the underwater navigation-obstruction barriers in the lower section, in order to solve the navigation-obstruction problems in the Jianli section radically.
