摘　　要：文章在《金属结构中缺陷可接受性评估方法指南》(BS 7910—2005)的基础上,将缺陷投影到管道轴向,借助有限元模拟调整公式参数,最后通过压力爆破试验进行验证,证明了本文提出的螺旋焊缝缺陷评价方法的准确性和可靠性,可以用于老管道和新建管道的类似缺陷评价,指导工程实践,保障管道的安全运行。The article proves the accuracy and the reliability of the assessment method of spiral weld defects on the basis of BS 7910,and it can be used in the defects assessment of the old and new pipeline,it is beneficial to guide the engineering practice and to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
