β-内啡肽及其受体对电针抗抑郁快速起效作用的影响

摘　　要：目的β-内啡肽及其受体对电针抗抑郁快速起效的作用。方法制作慢性应激性抑郁症大鼠模型,分别予以氟西汀和电针治疗7d,评价糖水消耗量、行为学表现和血清、下丘脑β-内啡肽以及下丘脑μ受体水平。结果造模结束后,各组糖水消耗量、行为学表现均下降,治疗7d后,电针组糖水消耗量(79.5±35.9,P<0.01)、行为学水平活动得分(55.5±25.1,P<0.01)、血清β-内啡肽(18.2±1.1,P<0.01)以及下丘脑μ受体水平(0.270±0.028,P<0.01)上升,且高于模型组和氟西汀组(P<0.01)。结论电针相较氟西汀起效快速,这与β-内啡肽及其受体的变化有关。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of β-endorphin and its receptor on electro-acupuncture＇s quick function of anti-depression.METHODS The chronic stress-induced rat with depression models were established and treated with electro-acupuncture and fluoxetine for 7 days respectively.The levels of sugar consumption,behavioral performance,serum and β-endorphin in hypothalamus as well as μ receptors level in hypothalamus were evaluated.RESULTS After modeling,levels of sugar consumption,and behavioral performance both reduced;after the treatment for 7 days,the levels of sugar consumption（79.5±35.9,P0.01）,behavioral performance（55.5±25.1,P0.01）,and serum β-endorphin（18.2±1.1,P0.01） as well as μ receptors level in hypothalamus of rats（0.270±0.028,P0.01） in electro-acupuncture treatment group increased significantly higher than those of fluoxetine group（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Electro-acupuncture shows better effects than those of fluoxetine,which is related to the change of β-endorphin and its receptor.
