输电线路外损源WebGIS预警系统的设计和实现

摘　　要：输电线路面临着各种不确定的外损,运用WebGIS技术构建了一个外损源的预警系统.该系统对服务器端的外损源数据接口主动发起定时扫描,不断刷新输电线路电子地图的外损源分布状态,给电网管理人员提供有效的抢修和监控平台.Because of various uncertain external damages on the transmission lines,a warning system for external damages based on WebGIS technology was built. The system can launch regular scans actively for data interfaces of external damages on the server side, and refresh continuously the status of external damages on the map, which provides an efficient repairing and monitoring platform for external damages management.
