摘 要:建立了座椅调角器凸轮和凸轮轴的有限元模型.依据调角器的工作原理,运用非对称矩阵对凸轮和凸轮轴不同过盈量进行仿真接触分析,得到接触应力随过盈量的增大而增大.利用过盈联结的基本理论,进行理论计算,得其理论过盈量为0.031mm.根据仿真结果和理论计算确定凸轮和凸轮轴的最佳过盈量为0.04mm,可作为过盈联结设计的简便方法.The finite element models of the cam and the camshaft were built. According to the working theory of the seat angle adjuster,a simulative contact analysis of the cam and the camshaft with different interference amounts was performed through non-symmetric matrix, the conclusion that contact stress increases with the increase of the interference amount was obtained. Based on the basic theory of interference fit, the theoretical interference amount of 0.031 mm was calculated. The optimal interference amount calculated from the simulation and theoretical results is 0. 04 mm, which can provide a more simple method for interference design.
