摘　　要：工作流挖掘技术实现了工作流模型的重构,旨在构建一个用于与"前期"模型相对比的"后期"模型.介绍工作流挖掘的概念,讨论工作流挖掘的三个主要作用,指出工作流挖掘领域的研究现状及存在的问题,同时给出了工作流挖掘的主要算法.Workflow mining technology aims to build a late model,which can be compared with the previous model.It achieves the reconstruction of the workflow model.The paper introduces the concept of workflow mining,discusses its role in three major areas and proposes its main algorithm.It also discusses the current research situation and existing problems.
