摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化锆(ZrO2)纳米溶胶,利用浸轧法将溶胶整理到真丝织物上,高温烘焙。通过激光粒径测试仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对ZrO2纳米溶胶及其整理后的真丝织物表征发现,织物表面形成了一层ZrO2纳米颗粒,其平均粒径约为60 nm。真丝织物经ZrO2溶胶整理后,其防护系数(UPF)从13.69提高到32.47(120℃烘焙处理),在长波紫外线(UVA)区域紫外透过率明显降低,经50次水洗后织物的抗紫外性能没有下降,反而有所提高。Nano-ZrO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method, and the silk fabrics was treated with the ZrO2 sol by dip-padding process, baked in high temperature. The laser particle analyzer and SEM were used to characterize the ZrO2 on treated silk fabrics, a thin layer of nano-ZrO2 particles was formed on fiber surfaces of fabrics after being cured, and the average particle size is about 60 nm. The ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) of the treated silk fabrics reached 32.47 from 13.69 (cured at 120 ℃), which have a much lower ultraviolet ray transmission in UVA. The standard tests to washing (soaping) showed that the UPF value was further improved after 50 washing cycles, the UV resistance property of the silk fabrics even enhanced instead of decreasing.
