摘　　要：目的综合评价江西省县级血防机构卫生服务能力。方法采用调查问卷法普查2007年和2010年江西省34所县级血防机构卫生服务能力情况,采用系统聚类法对卫生人力、基础设施、设备装备、收入与支出、服务功能指标进行聚类,并用层次分析法对其卫生服务能力进行综合评价和分析。结果与2007年相比,2010年江西省县级血防机构总的综合评分指数上升了0.106,设备装备指标上升了0.034,服务功能指标综合指数上升了0.119,卫生人力指标综合指数下降了0.036,基础设施指标综合指数下降了0.006,收入和支出指标综合指数下降了0.003。结论层次分析法可以全面客观地综合评价血防机构的卫生服务能力。江西省县级血防机构卫生服务能力有所提高,但卫生人力、基础设施建设及政府财政补助还需加强。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the health service ability of county-level anti-schistosomiasis institutions in Jiangxi province.Methods The health service ability of 34 county anti-schistosomiasis institutions in Jiangxi province in 2007 and 2010 was investigated using questionnaire.Health manpower,infrastructure,equipments,income and expenditure,and service function of county-level anti-schistosomiasis institutions were clustered by system clustering method,and health service ability was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed using analytic hierarchy process.Results Compared with 2007,the total comprehensive index,equipment index and service function index increased by 0.106,0.034 and 0.119 in 2010,respectively,but health manpower index,infrastructure index and income and expenditure index decreased by 0.036,0.006 and 0.003,respectively.Conclusion Analytic hierarchy process can objectively and comprehensively evaluate health service ability of anti-schistosomiasis institutions.Although health service ability of county anti-schistosomiasis institutions in Jiangxi province has been improved,health manpower,infrastructure construction and government financial assistance should be further strengthened.
