摘　　要：目的了解2010年江西省县级健康教育机构卫生服务能力现状,为县级健康教育机构建设和发展提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式对江西省31个县级健康教育机构进行调查。结果平均每机构职工总数为3.42人,学历以专科为主,职称以中级和初级为主;平均每机构房屋建筑面积为71.35m2,设备总数量5.94台;健康教育方式简单,次数较少;财政收入9.62万元,收支相抵,略有结余。结论加快建立健康教育机构适宜管理模式,加大高层次人才的培养和引进,加大资金投入,加强硬件建设,有利于县级健康教育机构建设和发展。Objective To understand current situation of service capacity of county-level health education institutions in Jiangxi province in 2010,and to provide a scientific basis for construction and development of health education institutions.Methods The health service capability was investigated using questionnaire in 31 county-level health education institutions in Jiangxi province.Results The average number of personnel per institute was 3.42 and most of the health workers had educational qualifications of colleges with primary or middle professional titles.The average area of housing construction was 71.35 m2 and the total number of equipments was 5.94 per institution.Health education was carried out less frequently with simple methods.Financial revenue（96.2 thousand yuan） was slightly higher than expenditure.Conclusion Accelerating the establishment of appropriate management mode,enhancing talent training and introduction,increasing capital input,and strengthening hardware construction are conducive to construction and development of county-level health education institutions.
