摘　　要：目的了解血站的卫生服务能力现状,为制定卫生事业的科学决策提供参考意见。方法采用普查方法对江西省市级和省级共12所血站进行调查,自行设计调查问卷,由各级血站机构填写。结果 2010年血站卫生技术人员数比例73.91%,比2007年(69.77%)有提高;学历构成以大专为主,职称构成以初级职称为主,比2007年有所改善;平均每站设备装备台数为240.75台,平均每站年总收入为1 368.29万元,其中事业收入达80%以上;年采血总量为96.92千升,年供血总量为104.90×103升。结论通过3年的卫生服务能力建设,血站在人力、设备、经费和服务功能方面比2007年都有所提高。Objective To understand the health service capability of blood centers in Jiangxi province,and to provide a reference for scientific decision making in health.Methods The health service capability was investigated using self-designed questionnaire,which was filled out by 12 provincial and municipal blood centers in Jiangxi province.Results The percentage of medical and technical personnel increased from 69.77% in 2007 to 73.91% in 2010.Most of the health workers had educational qualifications of junior colleges and primary professional titles,and the percentage of these health workers in 2010 was higher than that in 2007.In 2010,the average number of equipments per center was 240.75 and average annual income per center was 1368.29 million yuan（business income accounted for more than 80%）.The annual total blood sampling volume and blood supply volume was 96.92 and 104.90 thousand liters,respectively.Conclusion The human resources,equipments,funds and service function of provincial and municipal blood centers in Jiangxi province have been improved by 3 years of construction of health service ability.
