江西省城市社区卫生服务中心基础设施配置的调查分析

摘　　要：目的全面、客观地了解江西省城市社区卫生服务中心基础设施状况,评价2007-2010年间江西省城市社区卫生服务中心基础设施改善情况。方法采用普查的方法。并对2010年江西省131所城市社区卫生服务中心采用江西省社区卫生服务中心卫生服务能力建设工程终期调查表进行调查。用描述性指标对2010年江西省城市社区卫生服务中心的基础设施状况进行分析,并与2007年的数据进行比较。结果 2010年平均每中心的房屋建筑面积、业务用房面积均较2007年有所下降,分别下降了361.45、208.11m2。房屋来源中仍以政府提供为主(2010年为28.24%,较2007年减少了1.61%)。2010年每中心的西药品种数、中药品种数、中成药种数、急救药品种数均较2007年稍有下降,分别减少了65.17、27.37、2.69和1.99种。2010年的设备总达标率有所上升,较2007年上升了6.84%。结论江西省城市社区卫生服务中心基础设施改善良好,但仍存在不足,需要进一步加大基础设施的建设力度。Objective To comprehensively and objectively understand the status of infrastructure configuration of urban community health service centers in Jiangxi province,and to evaluate the improvement in infrastructure from 2007 to 2010.Methods The infrastructure configuration was investigated using census data and final health service capacity building project questionnaire in 131 urban community health service centers in Jiangxi province.The status of infrastructure in 2010 was analyzed using descriptive statistical indicators,and was compared with that in 2007.Results Compared with 2007,the average housing structure area and business space area per center in 2010 decreased by 361.45 m2 and 208.11 m2,respectively.The houses of urban community health service centers were still mainly provided by governments（28.24% in 2010,decreased by 1.61% compared with 2007）.The average number of drug varieties of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese patent medicine and emergency medicine per center in 2010 decreased by 65.17,27.37,2.69 and 1.99 compared with 2007,respectively.The total equipment compliance rate in 2010 increased by 6.84% compared with 2007.Conclusion The infrastructure of urban community health service centers in Jiangxi province has been significantly improved,but there are still some deficiencies.Therefore,further efforts should be needed to strengthen the infrastructure construction.
