摘　　要：网络环境下,用户需要与技术变革使得图书馆的导读工作发生了新变化,图书馆员应正确认识导读工作的本质,强化服务意识,采取积极措施,贴近用户需求,开拓新的服务空间,不断提升导读服务质量。Users＇ needs and technological revolutions have changed the work of reading guidance of libraries in the environment of network.Therefore for the purpose of improving the quality of reading guidance,librarians should correctly understand the nature of reading guidance,enhanceing their awareness of service,and take active measures to meet the users＇ needs and to expand the range of service.
