摘　　要：本文运用经热态试验验证的连铸全过程钢罐传热数学模型,仿真计算了100种不同罐衬结构钢罐的热工特性,综合分析了其使用寿命、保温性能和安全性,提出了优化的钢罐结构方案。With using ladle all-process mathematical model of heat transfer which has been examined by test, the thermal characteristic of 100 kinds of different ladle lining constructions are emulated, and their service life, heat insulation and safety are analysed synthetically, and the excellent ladle construction is proposed in this paper.
