论中国东盟高等教育战略伙伴关系的构建

摘　　要：中国东盟教育交流与合作是稳定和发展双边关系的纽带和桥梁。建立和发展"中国-东盟高等教育战略伙伴关系"是"中国东盟战略伙伴关系"的应有之义,也是重要动力源泉。建立和发展高等教育战略伙伴关系的双方有着共同的文化根基,同时也面临着复杂的内外部环境。利用相近文化、尊重异质文化和谋求文化认同,是中国东盟建立和发展高等教育战略伙伴关系的主要着力点。The educational exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN （Association ot Southeast Asian Nations） can stabilize and develop their bilateral relations as bridge. To establish and develop the ＂China -ASEAN strategic partnership of higher education＂ is the meaning and important source of inspiration of ＂China-ASEAN strategic partnership＂. It is the necessary meaning and an important source for the strategic partnership between China-ASEAN to establish and develop the strategic partner ship of higher education between China-ASEAN. These two parties share a common cultural foundation, as well as a complicated internal and external environment in establishing and developing the strategic partnership of higher edueation And the priorities of establishing and developing the strategic partnership of higher education between China-ASEAN lie in making use of the similar culture, respecting heterogeneous cultures and pursuing the cultural identity.
