摘  要:目的检测类风湿关节炎(RA)患者关节液中血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)水平,探讨HO-1在RA中的临床意义。方法对50例RA患者(活动期24例,非活动期26例)及30名正常对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HO-1、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平和葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)在关节液中的含量。结果活动期RA组HO-1[(99.54±25.42)μg/L]、MMP-3[(114 591.82±12 069.77)μg/L]、GPI[(3.74±1.09)μg/mL]均明显高于非活动期RA组[(41.47±12.51)μg/L、(55 689.61±4 791.32)μg/L、(1.83±0.87)μg/mL]和正常对照组,(P均<0.05);相关性分析提示RA活动期关节液HO-1水平与MMP-3和GPI均呈正相关(r=0.817,P<0.01;r=0.435,P<0.01)。结论动态测定HO-1是判断RA病情变化的有益指标。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of synovial fluid heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods The levels of HO-1,matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(GPI)in synovial fluid were determined in 50 patients with RA(24 with active RA and 26 with stable RA) and 30 normal controls by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In active RA group,the levels of HO-1[(99.54±25.42)μg/L],MMP-3[(114 591.82 ±12 069.77)μg/L] and GPI[(3.74 ±1.09) μg/mL] in synovial fluid were significantly higher than those in the stable RA group[(41.47±12.51)μg/L,(55 689.61±4 791.32) μg/L and(1.83±0.87)μg/mL] and the control group(P〈0.05).The levels of HO-1 in synovial fluid of active RA group were positively correlated with MMP-3 and GPI(r=0.817,P〈0.01;r =0.435,P〈0.01).Conclusions Dynamic determination of HO-1 is a useful indicator to determine changes of RA status.
