摘  要:2011年3月10日云南盈江发生5.8级地震,大盈江防护堤县城段的地震烈度为8度,造成大盈江堤防工程震损长达38.4 km,经对区域地震地质、堤基地质条件和震损特征综合分析,认为大盈江堤防处在近南北向和北东向断层带交汇处,地震震动是外因,堤基为粉细砂,是变形的内因。为确保汛期安全和施工方便,提出了裂缝部位采用常规的抽槽回填碾压处理,管涌严重地段采取堤外压盖碎石土,堤内抛石护脚的方法进行处理。为中国堤防工程应急处置积累经验。On March 10th,2011,a Ms 5.8 earthquake struck Yingjiang County,Yunnan Province.The seismic intensity of Yingjiang Embankment Project near Yingjiang County is 8 degrees.About 38.4 kilometers of embankment was damaged during the earthquake.Based on the comprehensive analysis of regional seismic,geological conditions and seismic damage characteristics,a conclusion is drawn that the Yingjiang Embankment Project is located at the intersection between north-south and north-east fault zones,seismic tremor is the external cause,and fine sand foundation is the internal cause.To guarantee the safety of life and property and to facilitate the construction,some measures are applied.The cracks of the embankment can be processed by the conventional replacement and rolling compaction,while the piping leakage of the embankment can be processed by covering gravelly soil outside the embankment and revetting with rubble inside the embankment.The measures accumulate experience for emergency disposal of embankment project in the Nation.
