摘　　要：急性肝功能衰竭(acute liver failure,ALF)的病程发展迅速,从而限制了有足够时间去寻找合适的供肝,并且供体不足的矛盾日趋突出,辅助性肝移植(auxiliary live transplantation,ALT)可以解觉这一问题。我们通过查阅近年来相关文献报道,总结辅助性肝脏移植优缺点、临床应用、术式技巧、术后处理、面临的挑战等作一简要阐述。Acute liver failure（ALF） is a disease which develops rapidly,and its course limits the patients to have enough time to find a suitable donor.Moreover,the problem of insufficient donor has increased prominently.Therefore,auxiliary liver transplantation（ALT） has become the focus in solving this problem.By reading relevant literatures in recent years,we summed up the advantages and disadvantages of ALT,its clinical applications,related surgical techniques,post-operative managements and challenges in ALT.
