两种不同配方保养液血袋制备冷沉淀效果评价

摘　　要：目的确认两种不同配方保养液血袋制备的冷沉淀是否存在差异,保证临床使用的冷沉淀质量。方法符合GB 18467-2001《献血者健康检查要求》的献血者血液采集于两种不同配方保养液的四联血袋,CPDA配方血袋(抗凝剂为枸橼酸盐-磷酸盐-葡萄糖-腺嘌呤,进口材料)为甲血袋,ACD血袋(抗凝剂为枸橼酸盐-葡萄糖,国产材料)为乙血袋,随机抽取两种血袋所制备的冷沉淀各40例,分别为甲组和乙组,检测其中Ⅷ因子和纤维蛋白原含量,结果进行统计学分析。结果两种保养液血袋制备的冷沉淀中,Ⅷ因子含量甲组(82.6±0.05)IU/200 ml新鲜冰冻血浆制备、乙组(81.2±0.048)IU/200 ml新鲜冰冻血浆制备,P﹥0.2;纤维蛋白原含量甲组(157.5±0.691)mg/200 ml新鲜冰冻血浆制备,乙组(152.3±0.036)mg/200 ml新鲜冰冻血浆制备,P﹥0.5。结论两种不同配方保养液血袋所制备的冷沉淀差异无统计学意义,Ⅷ因子和纤维蛋白原含量均能达到国家标准。Objective To investigate the differences in cryoprecipitates prepared by 2 different blood bags of preservation solution so as to guarantee cryoprecipitate quality for clinical use.Methods Blood from blood donors in accordance with GB 18467-2001 Inspection Requirements for Health of Blood Donors was collected in quad blood bag filled with preservation solution of 2 different formulas and randomly divided into two groups,group A with blood bag of CPDA（anticoagulant： citrate,phosphate,glucose,adenine,imported from overseas） and group B with Blood Bag of ACD（anticoagulant： citrate,glucose,adenine,purchased from home）.Factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen of 40 samples in each group were measured to obtain results for statistic analysis.Results The cryoprecipitates were prepared by factor Ⅷ（82.6±0.05） IU in fresh frozen plasma 200 ml in group A and by factor Ⅷ（81.2±0.048） IU in fresh frozen plasma 200 ml in group B（P0.2）,as well as fibrinogen（157.5±0.691） mg in fresh frozen plasma 200 ml in group A and fibrinogen（152.3±0.036） IU in fresh frozen plasma 200 ml in group B（P0.5）.Conclusion Cryoprecipitates prepared from 2 different blood bags of preservation solution report no statistic difference,with both factor Ⅲ and fibrinogen content in accordance with national standards.
