小康型乡镇卫生院建设标准初探

摘　　要：目的探讨小康型乡镇卫生院建设标准。方法采用文献分析和问卷调查的方法了解乡镇卫生院建设现况,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院建设的意见。结果小康型乡镇卫生院床位规模按每千农业人口1.4～2.0张设置,建筑面积60～100 m2/床,或采用业务用房建筑面积60～80 m2/床;绿地面积达到总占地面积的35%～40%;建筑层数可考虑3～6层。结论小康型乡镇卫生院根据居民需求设置床位规模;适当增加建筑面积;合理规划绿地面积。Objective To discuss the tentative standards of well-off level township hospitals construction.Methods Literature analysis and questionnaire survey were performed to know the status of township hospital constructions.Qualitative interview and expert consultation were carried out to collect suggestions about well-off township hospital construction.Results Bed capacity of well-off level township hospitals was 1.4~2.0 per thousand agricultural population.Construction area per bed（or business construction area per bed） was 60~100 m2.Green coverage would reach 35%~40%.Building would contain 3~6 layers.Conclusions The well-off level township hospitals should set up bed,construction area and green coverage properly.
