摘　　要：目的初步探索小康型乡镇卫生院科室设置标准。方法采用文献分析和问卷调查的方法了解项目县乡镇卫生院科室设置现况,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院科室设置的意见。结果小康型乡镇卫生院设置专门的副院级公共卫生机构;门诊科室按照"7+3"模式设置;住院科室按照常规方案或按照分设中医、西医和康复病区的方案;根据具体条件决定手术室的设置。结论小康型乡镇卫生院的公共卫生科室设置可进一步完善;门诊和住院科室设置多元化;管理科室设置进一步细化。Objective To discuss the standards of departments of well-off level township hospitals.Methods Literature analysis and questionnaire survey were performed to know the status of departments of township hospitals.Qualitative interview and expert consultation were carried out to collect suggestions about the department set of well-off township hospitals.Results Well-off level township hospitals should set up a special secondary organization of public health.Outpatient departments would be set followed by a ＂7＋3＂ model.We provided a normal program for the inpatient department and a program which divided the inpatient department into a traditional Chinese medicine ward,a western medicine ward and a rehabilitation ward.Operating rooms should be set according to different situations.Conclusions Departments of well-off level township hospitals would be perfected base on the existing departments.
