小康型乡镇卫生院居民健康体检组织管理模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨有效、可推广并适合我国经济较为发达的小康型农村地区的居民健康体检组织管理模式。方法通过文献分析、定性访谈、小组讨论、专家咨询等多种方法,评估小康型农村地区居民体检需求、收集相关部门关于居民体检存在的问题和建议,制定确实可行的居民体检组织管理模式。结果提出了小康型乡镇卫生院居民健康体检的组织运行网络、健康教育的方式和体检工作的考核体系。结论为使小康型农村地区居民健康体检的长期开展,需建立政府领导、部门合作、社会动员、群众参与的工作机制,同时应建立相应的考核指标。Objective To discuss an effective health examination model which is suitable for well-off rural areas.Methods Literature analysis,qualitative interview,group discussion and expert consultation were used to collect useful information and advices.Results We put forward an effective organization and operation network for health examination in rural areas.Besides,we also proposed some health education Methods and set up the criterion of evaluation.Conclusions Government leadership,cooperation between departments,social mobilization,public participation and related criterion are needed in the process of establishing long-term mechanism.
