摘　　要：介绍了我国辣椒种植面积、产量情况,主产区辣椒品种类型,及主导我国辣椒主产区的国内、外品种市场分布状况。详细分析了我国辣椒育种现状及与国外发达国家育种差距和原因,并且针对我国干椒育种如何满足干椒加工企业需要提出了一些建议,为我国辣椒育种科研人员在今后的育种中如何与市场对接、提升国产品种市场占有率具有一定的借鉴意义。In this paper, the hot pepper grown area and yield in China, and new types of hot pepper varieties domestic and foreign in the country＇s main hot pepper production regions were reviewed. The present situation and the gap between China and the developed countries in hot pepper breeding, as well as the gap＇s causes, were discussed.And some ideas about hot pepper breeding well for dried fruit processing enterprises and better domestic variety＇s marketability in China were suggested.
