粮食进出口价格弹性的实证分析

摘　　要：文章从粮食价格弹性的角度对中、美、日三国的小麦进出口情况进行了实证分析。随着粮食功能的多样化和粮食供求的影响,粮食进出口价格弹性需要被重新认识。以小麦进出口贸易为例,在价格弹性的理论基础上,从进口价格弹性、出口价格弹性、进出口价格弹性、交叉价格弹性四个角度分别对中、美、日1989～2008年的数据进行分析,并提出对策和建议。From the perspective of the price elasticity of food,this paper made an empirical analysis in the United States,Chinese and Japan＇s wheat imports and exports.With food grain supply and demand functions and the impact of diversification,food import and export price elasticity need to be re-understood.In this paper,we set wheat import and export trade as an example,on the basis of price elasticity,explored on price elasticity of import and export,price elasticity of import and export of a comparative analysis of four aspects of cross-price elasticity of U.S,China and Japan respectively in 1989 and 2008,in-depch analysis of the data was made and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
