摘　　要：在经济全球化的大背景下，知识产权在国际贸易中，逐渐成为其重要内容及开展国际贸易的核心竞争力所在。发达国家在知识产权方面的明显优势，更突出我国在知识产权贸易中的劣势地位。宁波作国际贸易的世界级港口，在外贸出口不断增长的同时，面临的知识产权壁垒也逐渐增多，外贸企业在国际贸易中遭受的冲击也有所增强。本文联系知识产权相关内容，就此探析了宁波外贸企业所面临的主要问题及成因，并思考了相应对策，冀望能对相关单位有所帮助。In the context of economic globalization, intellectual property rights in international trade have become an important part of its international trade and core competence. The distinctive advantage of intellectual property in the developed countries has brought out the inferior position of China. Ningbo as a world-class international trade port in the growing export trade, is facing gradually more barriers in the intellectual property with the increasing foreign trade. The foreign trade enterprises have also enhanced impact in international trade. This paper, based on the relevant contents in intellectual property, explored the main problems faced and the possible causes and considered the appropriate measures with the hope to providing help to the relevant units.
