摘  要:研究了NiO对次氯酸钙的催化分解效率和Ni(OH)2、NiCl2在次氯酸钙溶液中的最终生成物NiOOH对次氯酸钙催化分解效率的影响,对反应完后催化剂的结构和形貌进行表征,阐述了催化机理。研究结果表明:NiCl2于次氯酸钙溶液中水解并直接被氧化生成颗粒径约10~30 nm的NiOOH对次氯酸钙分解具有很强的催化活性,可在工业上实现石灰乳吸收氯气尾气过程中生成次氯酸钙的同时促使其快速分解,放出氧气,最终吸收完成液为氯化钙溶液,实现副产品为工业二水氯化钙或无水氯化钙。This study observed the catalytic decomposition efficiency of calcium hypochlorite being acted by nickel monoxide(NiO) and nickel oxide hydroxide(NiOOH).The structure and surface topography of the catalytic agent after reaction was characterized,and the mechanism of catalytic decomposition was discussed.The results showed that NiOOH particles,of 10-30 nm in size,was formed during the nickel chloride(NiCl2) hydrolytic process and oxidated in calcium hypochlorite solution,which showed promising catalytic activity to the decomposition of calcium hypochlorite,as well as accelerating the decomposition of calcium hypochlorite produced during the absorption of chlorine with lime milk.The final absorption complete fluid was calcium chlorine solution,which could be used to produced to calcium chlorine or calcium chloride dehydrate as by product.
