摘 要:以E玻璃纤维为模板,通过聚合物灌注、切片和化学腐蚀、聚合物去除等步骤,获得了大面积、形貌一致的针状微结构阵列。利用SEM等对其形貌进行了表征,结果表明,在不存在微流体对流行为的条件下依然可以形成针状形貌。据此探讨了玻璃微针的形成机理,认为E玻璃纤维微针阵列的形成是受限于空间(如微腔等)中反应物和生成物的扩散行为。这为微纳受限空间中固体腐蚀反应行为动力学的进一步研究提供了实验证据,同时也拓展了E玻璃纤维的应用领域。Using E-glass fibers as templates,a highly aligned needle arrays has been created over large area by simple processes of polymer infiltration,cutting,chemical etching and polymer removal.The sizes and shapes of the array were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the formation of micro-needles was independent on the fluid convection necessarily.The possible mechanism of the needle formation was studied.It is believed that the needle shape was originated from the confuse behavior of the reactants and resultants.This research provides experimental evidence for further study the solid etching concealed in tiny space.It also extendes the possible application area of the E-glass fibers.
