摘  要:首先建立了配电网电容器优化配置的数学模型,以补偿无功后带来的年经济效益最大为目标函数,考虑了配电网的负荷变化情况、电容器的成本以及容量的离散性,并将补偿电容器分为固定电容器和可投切电容器以适应不同负荷水平下的无功补偿需求并减小投资成本。然后,用VC++编写了基于启发式策略和遗传算法的配电网电容器优化配置程序,并对IEEE69节点系统进行了电容器优化配置。在进行配置时考虑了仅有固定电容器及固定电容器加可投切电容器的2种不同的补偿方式。优化结果表明,采用固定电容器加可投切电容器的补偿方式能够更好地适应负荷的变化,可以满足重负荷时的补偿容量需求并防止轻负荷时的过补偿。The mathematical model of optimal allocation of capacitor for distribution network is firstly established so to take maxixum annual economy efficiency after compensating reactive power as objective function. The compensation capacitor is, in consderation of load variation of distribution net- work, the cost of capacitor and discrepancy of capacity, divided into the fixed capacitor and switc- hing capacitor to suit the need of reactive power compensation at different load and reduce the invest- ment cost. Then, the optimal allocation program of capacitor of distribution network based on heuris- tic strategy and genetic algorithm is prepared by VC and optimal allocation of the capcitor of the IEEE 69 bus system is made. In case of allocation, only such two different compensation mode as fixed capacitor and fixed capacitor plus switching capacitor. It is shown in the optimal result that the use of fixed capacitor plus switching capacitor can better suit load variation, can meet compensation capacity need in heavy load and prevent over compensation at light load.
