摘　　要：根据无源滤波器投资费用最小的原则,结合改进的网络固有结构法和谐波潮流解耦算法,基于Matlab和Delphi语言开发出一套谐波分析与治理软件。除一般的谐波分析功能外,软件还具有2个特色功能:运用改进的网络固有结构法来分析并联谐振和串联谐振,从而使系统谐振次数远离谐波源次数,避免谐波谐振以及由此引起的谐波放大问题;基于网络固有结构法确定电网中各次谐波滤波器的最佳配置位置,并运用自适应差异进化算法对滤波器参数优化设计,使电网各节点的谐波指标能最大限度地满足国标要求,以达到抑制网络中各节点谐波畸变的目的。此外,还开发出界面友好、功能强大的图形编辑器,研制出电力系统谐波潮流分析及滤波器优化设计综合软件包。通过实际算例的计算和分析表明,所提出的方法正确有效,所研制的软件实用性强。According to the principle of a minimum investment cost of passive filter and combining the improved inherent structure of network with the harmonic flow algorithm, a harmonic analysis and management software based on Matlab and Delphi language is developed. The software, in addi- tion to general harmonic analysis function, also has two special functions： analysis of parallel and series resonance with the improved inherent structure of network, so to keep resonance numbers of system far away from the number of harmonic sources, to avoid harmonic resonance and harmonic amplification; the optimal allocation position of each class of harmonic filter based on the inherent structure of network is determined, the ratings of filter is subject to optimal design by the use of a- daptive differential evolution algorithm so to keep harmonic index of each node of the network meet as much as possible the national standard requirement and reach the purpose of suppressing harmon- ic distortion of each node of the power grid. In addition, graphics editor with friendly interface and powerful function and also integrated software package of the power system harmonic power flow a- nalysis and optimization filter design are developed. It is shown through practical example of calcula- tion and analysis that the proposed method is correct and effective and the development software is more practical.
