社区糖尿病患者对疾病认知状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：了解丽水市社区糖尿病患者对自身疾病的认知状况并探讨其相关因素,为在社区中制定糖尿病患者的管理方案提供参考依据。采用问卷调查法对丽水市白云社区210例糖尿病患者进行疾病的认知状况调查。结果显示,社区糖尿病患者对自身的疾病认知不足,文化程度、有无医保、住院次数是影响疾病认知的主要相关因素。社区糖尿病患者对疾病认知程度低,应在社区中加强糖尿病健康教育及管理干预措施。The paper investigated the status on awareness of the disease and explored the related factors with diabetes mellitus in communities in Lishui City,so as to provide reference for diabetes supervision in community.210 cases of diabetic patients in community in Lishui Baiyun District were assessed by questionnaire survey about awareness of diabetes.The results indicated that the community diabetes patients were lack of the knowledge about their disease,the educational level,with or no or yes medical insurance,number of hospitalization were the main factors.The awareness of disease in diabetes patients in community is less,and the health education and diabetes management interventions should be strengthened in the community.
