摘　　要：通过对丽水城区周边的碧湖、老竹、大港头等小城镇房地产开发的意义、定位、需求的分析,寻找合适的模式在丽水城区周边小城镇进行房地产开发,树立休闲与便利融合的新房地产主题,刺激丽水房地产市场的进一步健康发展,缓解丽水城区房地产的巨大压力,完善丽水房地产市场。With an analysis on the significance,orientation and need in the exploitation of real estate in the small towns nearby Lishui City,such as Bihu,Laozhu,Dagangtou,the author manages to search the right mode for exploiting the nearby towns of Lishui to establish the new theme of leisure and convenience,to promote the much healthier development in real estate market,to release the huge pressure in the downtown area of Lishui City,and eventually to perfect the real estate market in Lishui.
