丽水导游队伍现状及发展策略

摘　　要：导游人才是旅游业的灵魂,丽水旅游业的发展呼吁高素质精业务的导游人才。当前丽水导游队伍在数量上已有较大发展,但质量上不容乐观,跟不上迅速发展的丽水旅游业。在调查研究的基础上,分析丽水导游队伍现状,指出存在的突出问题,并提出建议,旨在逐步改善丽水导游队伍现状,为蓬勃发展的丽水旅游业服务。Tourist guides are the soul of tourism industry which appeals for highly qualified and skilled guides urgently.Though the number of tourist guides is optimistic,its quality shows us no optimism which falls behind the rapid development of Lishui tourism.This paper,based on investigation and research,analyzes the present status of Lishui tourism,points out the existing problems and provides some suggestions in order to change the present situation gradually and serve the development of Lishui tourism industry.
