晕痛舒胶囊中川芎的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立晕痛舒胶囊质量标准中川芎的鉴别方法。方法:采用显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及理化鉴别对方中川芎进行定性鉴别。结果:用薄层色谱鉴别,供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点。色谱清晰,附近无杂质斑点干扰,显微鉴别特征虽明显,但是阴性样品有影响,理化鉴别显紫红色,阴性样品也出现相同现象。结论:采用薄层色谱法鉴别晕痛舒胶囊中的川芎,操作简便,专属性强,可更好地控制晕痛舒胶囊的质量。Objective： To establish the quality standard of Szechuan lovage rhizome identification for Yuntongshu capsules. Methods： Used the microscopic identification, the TLC identification and physicochemical identification of each other in Szechuan lovage rhizome for qualitative identification. Results： The TLC identification, chromatography for the test, with the control medicinal material in the corresponding location on chromatography was the same color as in the fluorescent spots. Chromatography was clear, near no impurities speckle interference. Microscopic feature was obvious, but the negative the sample had effects of physicochemical identification was purple, negative samples also appeared the same phenomenon. Conclusion： TLC identification of Szechuan lovage rhizome in Yuntongshu capsules is simple operation, strong specificity, and can control the quality of Yuntongshu capsules better.
