摘　　要：为极大限度地发挥GMDSS的作用，提出GMDSS无线电操作员和PSC检查官应当掌握的GMDSS中主要设备的共性知识，总结了相应设备的关键知识点及操作步骤，分析了目前典型的GMDSS终端。这有助于操作员掌握GMDSS设备正确的操作方法，确保设备的可靠性，同时有利于检查官强化船舶GMDSS设备的安全检查，这对于保护海上人命安全、财产安全和保护海洋环境产生积极的现实意义。The article presents the common equipment knowledge that should be mastered by the GMDSS radio operators and the PSC inspectors in order to make full use of the GMDSS. And the key knowledge of corresponding equipment and operating procedures are summed up. The current typical GMDSS terminal is further analyzed, which will help the operators to master the correct method of operation GMDSS equipment, ensure equipment reliability and help PSC inspectors to strengthen to check the safety of GMDSS equipment. It should be significant to protect the safety of life at sea, property and the marine environment.
